Job Title:
Wood Assembly / Fabricator
We are seeking dependable Assemblers/Fabricators to build wooden shipping crates and pallets in a fast‑paced production environment. Ideal candidates will have hands‑on assembly experience and be comfortable using hand and power tools.
Responsibilities- Assemble wooden crates and pallets according to specifications
- Use nail guns, hammers, drills, and other hand tools safely and efficiently
- Read measurements and follow basic production instructions
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Meet production and quality standards
- Previous assembly or production experience required
- Experience assembling products such as furniture, sheds, TV stands, or similar items preferred
- Comfortable using nail guns, drills, and hammers
- Reliable transportation required
- Steel toe boots required
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Must pass a pre‑employment math test, drug screen, and background check
