Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – River Terrace Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center

Part‑time opportunities available.

Shifts:

3-11, 11-7. $32‑$40 an hour (all inclusive). Same Day Pay!

At River Terrace Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, we provide compassionate, high‑quality nursing care in a person‑centered environment. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) delivers safe, effective care and supports residents’ physical and emotional needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care in accordance with accepted standards of nursing practice, the written plan of care, and physician treatment plans.
  • Follow and implement individualized care plans developed by the Nurse Manager and interdisciplinary team.
  • Perform medication administration and prescribed treatments in accordance with the plan of care and facility policies.
  • Monitor residents’ conditions, report changes promptly to the supervising nurse or physician, and respond appropriately to clinical needs.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and regulatory standards.
  • Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and families.
Qualifications
  • Current, unencumbered active LPN license in Massachusetts.
  • Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
  • Ability to care for and manage multiple patients in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.
