We’re looking for a Residential Supervisor who’s ready to bring energy, creativity, and heart to our youth service team. If you’re dependable, motivated, and love being part of a mission-driven organization — we want to hear from you!

• Implementation of the assigned weekend day master schedule.
• Supervisory management of assigned shifts in the absence of the Program Coordinator.
• Supervision of assigned direct care staff.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Can manage a high paced and emotionally charged treatment environment.
• Effectively work with a range of staff while also demonstrating leadership and maturity.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in related Human Service Field.
• One year minimum residential experience.

Full-time, 40 hrs. Backend
