Job Title: Truck Driver CDL A Or B
Location: Lancaster, MA (Lancaster)
- Average pay for Drivers: $70,000- $90,000/year
- Training pay: $23-$25/hour while in training
- 4 day work schedule with potential for 5

Position description: Food and food service delivery Drivers fulfill a critical role in the country’s food supply chain. Our delivery drivers not only make sure the customers’ products arrive at their destination at the arranged times and in good condition, but they are the face of our company – building lasting relationships with our customers!
Responsibilities
- Drive a tractor trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate routes including local, over-the-road (OTR), shuttle, and overnight routes for delivering and unloading food and related products
- Communicate with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally; ensure questions are answered accurately and timely
- Perform safety checks and inspections per Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). report safety issues and repairs
- Load/unload freight; ensure proper loading and documentation; obtain signatures where required
- Maintain logs in accordance with Federal DOT regulations and company policies
- Deliver orders on predetermined routes; ensure on-time delivery and proper handling of products
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
- 6+ months commercial driving experience
- Valid CDL-A/B
- Must be 18+ years of age
- Meet state licensing/certification requirements; clean MVR for past 3 years
- Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check
- Pass road test and DOT Health Card (or able to secure)
- Able to lift and move product cases/freight (various weights)
