Warehouse Team Leader We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to help lead daily warehouse operations and support a team of Material Handlers. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their warehouse career.
What You'll Do- Lead and support Material Handlers during daily warehouse operations
- Receive, store, pick, and distribute materials
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Verify orders and materials for accuracy
- Complete inventory transactions and update warehouse systems
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory control
- Train and support new team members
- Inspect equipment and maintain a clean, safe warehouse
- Assist the Warehouse Supervisor with daily priorities
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of warehouse or material handling experience
- Previous lead or training experience preferred
- Forklift experience/certification
- Experience with inventory or ERP systems
- Strong organizational and basic math skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
