About the Position
We are seeking a dedicated   and experienced Family Medicine Physician Medical Director for a full time   outpatient position with potential interest in a Division Chair role in Lancaster,   NH. The ideal candidate must be Board Certified or eligible in family medicine   and have a minimum of 5 years of outpatient primary care practice.

Compensation & Benefits:

$296,579 base plus wRVU   + $15,000 for Medical Director stipend

$20-25k Sign-On/Retention for years 2 and 3, and up to $19,000
relocation/rental assistance

Position Highlights:

28 hours of patient contact per week, with an additional 12 hours
for administrative duties (3 office-based and 9 as Medical Director). Flexible
schedule, especially with potential Division Chair responsibilities.
Manage a caseload of 20-24 patients per day.
Seeking a provider planning to stay and practice for a minimum of
5-10 years.
Participate in community call, including care for local nursing
home patients (schedule TBD).
Supported by an RN Team Leader and a designated Medical Assistant.
Utilize Meditech Expanse EMR and Dragon dictation for efficient
documentation.
Excellent IT and marketing support to help build patient volume
and achieve wRVU targets

MD or DO degree
