Travel Nursing Opportunity – PCU RN (Nights)
Join the dedicated Progressive Care team at Weeks Medical Center in Lancaster, NH, where your clinical expertise and attentive patient monitoring will directly impact high-acuity patients transitioning between critical and stable conditions. This night shift PCU assignment is ideal for an experienced Stepdown/IMCU nurse who thrives in a close-knit, team-oriented environment.

Bill Rate: $94/hr
Key Responsibilities:
Provide intermediate-level care for patients requiring close monitoring
Monitor telemetry and respond to cardiac rhythm changes
Manage complex medication regimens and titratable drips
Support post-surgical and medically complex patients
Perform frequent assessments and identify subtle condition changes
Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams
Educate patients and families on medications, recovery plans, and discharge instructions
Maintain accurate documentation in Meditech EMR
Unit Expectations:
High-acuity PCU / Stepdown environment
Strong cardiac and telemetry skills required
Ability to manage multiple patients with evolving needs
Team-focused culture with emphasis on patient safety and progression of care
Requirements & Qualifications:
Active New Hampshire RN license
BLS (AHA) – Required
ACLS (AHA) – Required
Minimum 2 years of PCU, IMCU, or Stepdown experience – Required
Meditech EMR experience – Highly preferred
Previous travel experience – Highly preferred
Current PCU/Stepdown skills checklist (within past year) – Required
1 supervisory signed reference from past year – Required
All certifications and licenses must be active at time of submission
Important Notes:
No local candidates — permanent address must be 50+ miles from facility
Permanent address must be included in submission
RTO limited to 5 days
All documentation required at time of submission
