Occupational Therapist (OT)

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team and help our clients improve their ability to perform everyday activities or adapt to any physical or cognitive impairments. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans, implement therapies, and monitor progress towards achieving their goals.

• Conduct evaluations to assess clients' physical, mental, and emotional abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to address clients' specific needs and goals.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve clients' strength, coordination, and independence in daily living activities.
• Educate clients and their families on how to adapt their environment to maximize function.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Document clients' progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with team members.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in occupational therapy.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience working with diverse populations and age groups.
• Proficiency in using therapeutic techniques and equipment.
• Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards in occupational therapy.
