Your Responsibilities:
Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans
Instruct patients in therapeutic exercises and functional activities
Monitor and document patient progress accurately
Provide motivation and encouragement to support recovery
Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure quality care delivery
Maintain proper clinical records in accordance with standards
Requirements:
Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain)
Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
Previous experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting preferred
