Healthcare Nursing, RN Nurse
This position is eligible for a commencement bonus of $10,000, with 50% payable at or around the hire date and the remaining 50% payable after six (6) months of continuous employment.
This position offers a unique opportunity for new graduate nurses to transition into professional practice through comprehensive training and simulation experiences. The Registered Nurse - New Graduate will engage in a structured orientation and mentorship program, ensuring the development of critical clinical skills and professional confidence. Education:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program with an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Licensure:
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility to obtain an RN license in the practicing state
- Association accredited course in Basic Life Support (BLS) (for clinical staff), or Heartsaver CPR AED (for nonclinical staff), and renewal on a regular basis, with up to a three-month grace period after the expiration date.

Work Experience:
- This position is designed for new graduates; prior clinical experience may include internships or clinical rotations during nursing education.
Additional Expectations:
- Employment is contingent upon passing the NCLEX within 6 months of the hire date.
