REQUIREMENTS
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program with an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Hampshire as verified by Nursys.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver patient care under the supervision of experienced nurses while adhering to established protocols and procedures.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report significant changes to the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, post-treatment care, and preventive strategies.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely in electronic medical records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care delivery.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to implement patient care plans.

COMPLIANCE / NOTES
- Participate in a formal orientation program, including hands-on training and simulation sessions.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with legal and ethical standards of nursing practice.
