Description:

The Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for managing individualized patient care by promoting and restoring patients' health through the nursing process.
The RN collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
The RN provides physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families.
The RN supervises assigned team members.
The RN is accountable to their Nurse Manager and ultimately, the Chief Nursing Officer.
