Advanced Nurse Practitioner‑NP/PA Hospitalist Opportunity:
Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a tight‑knit, long‑standing team in a critical access hospital in New Hampshire, Fall 2026. Low census = more time for meaningful patient care!

Day coverage: 7 on 7 off rotation (7 am–7 pm);
Telemedicine program from 7 pm–7 am.

• Rounding, admitting, collaborating with physicians, nursing, and care teams, identifying and managing chronic medical conditions, and providing continuous care to hospitalized inpatients.
• Responsible for writing orders in accordance with current practice guidelines.
• Prescribing medications, as necessary, and completing patient charting the same day.
• Providing urgent evaluation to patients with changes in clinical status.

• Salary in the $175,000 range, commensurate with experience.

• NP‑C or PA‑C with 3+ years experience (critical access hospital experience preferred).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a New Hampshire license.
