Licensed Nursing Assistant

Country Village Center, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Maine, is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, resident-centered care. In this role, you will assist with daily living activities, monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, and support short-term rehab and long-term care plans. You'll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary clinical team in a respectful, teamwork-focused environment that promotes dignity, open communication, and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care including bathing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Measure and document vital signs and report changes in condition
• Support safe transfers, mobility, and positioning using proper body mechanics
• Assist nurses and therapists with rehab-focused care plans
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in electronic health records
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and independence in all interactions
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team
• Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies at all times
• Observe and promptly report resident status, concerns, or incidents
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and supportive care environment
