Advanced Nurse Practitioner-NP/PA Hospitalist Opportunity
Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a tight-knit, long-standing team in a critical access hospital setting inNew Hampshire Fall of 2026. Low census = more time for meaningful patient care!
ROLE- Day coverage: 7 on 7 off rotation (7am-7pm);
Telemedicine program from 7pm-7am - Duties:
Rounding, Admitting, Collaborating with physicians, nursing& care teams, Identifying/managing chronic medical conditions & providing continuous care to hospitalized inpatients - Responsible for writing orders in accordance with current practice guidelines
- Prescribing medications, as necessary ;
Complete Patient Charting Same Day - Providing urgent evaluation to patients with changes in clinical status
- Salary in $175k range commensurate with experience

- NP-C or PA-C with 3+ years experience (critical access hospital exp. preferred)
- Ability to obtain/maintain New Hampshire license
