Genesis seeks an International Registered Nurse (RN) to begin with a structured orientation and training program. You will participate in job shadowing and online training before direct patient care begins, ensuring licensing requirements are completed.
During orientation you will observe care planning, delegation, and staff supervision, and learn to adjust care plans to meet patient goals and reduce readmissions. A valid nursing license and BLS/CPR are required.
