Our client, a manufacturing organization, is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to strengthen financial controls, reporting, planning, cash flow management, and operational finance. Salary is $80-$100k, DOE

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SENIOR STAFF ACCOUNTANT

• The Senior Staff Accountant will maintain accurate accounting records, financial reporting, and management information
• The Senior Staff Accountant will evaluate and improve financial systems, procedures, planning processes, and internal controls
• Support cash flow management including receivables, collections, payables, and disbursements
• Partner with operations, finance, and IT teams while supporting audits and compliance requirements
• Complete required administrative work and support employee performance review processes

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE SENIOR STAFF ACCOUNTANT

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Accounting, Business, or related field
• Five or more years of industrial accounting experience within manufacturing
• Experienced with month-end, financial reporting, and GAAP compliance
