Billing Clerk (Part-Time)

Client in the Lancaster area is seeking a Part‑Time Billing Clerk (10-15 hours per week) to assist with high‑volume data entry, billing support, and administrative tasks while maintaining accurate records and supporting departmental operations.

Salary is $18-$20/hr, DOE

• Perform high-volume data entry while reviewing and updating billing, service order, and customer records
• Prepare, organize, file, scan, print, and distribute documents while maintaining accurate electronic and paper files
• Review reports for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and communicate issues to the appropriate team members
• Provide general administrative support for departmental projects and routine office tasks

• One year of office or administrative experience required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer systems required
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage repetitive tasks accurately required
