Tire Technician-Entry Level to Advanced

As a Tire Technician, you will replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on training with potential for career growth.

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co‑workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers’ needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.

• Service‑oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

• Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour effective rate.
• Effective rate includes overtime, variable overtime, and monthly store bonus.
• Paid weekly.
