Position Overview

Supervisor - Dock D Shift (Th-Su 6PM-4:30 AM) – Full Time position located in Lancaster, USA (35 Technology Pl).

Solutions.

• Supervise production associates performing loading and unloading of freight.
• Account for materials utilizing multiple systems.
• Oversee assembly and installation of server racks and components.
• Organize and coordinate cycle counts, inventory replenishments, and material returns.
• Ensure safety measures are followed to protect personnel and property.
• Advise subordinates on work activities and resolve questions or problems.
• Monitor work areas for accuracy, neatness, and compliance with policies.
• Recommend and implement documented changes to procedures to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Perform or assist subordinates in daily duties.

• Pass federal, state, local government, airport, or company-required background checks, clearances, and/or drug and alcohol tests.

• Entry-level leadership with solid interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Generally preferred 3-6 years of experience in material handling operations.

Base pay range: $66,835 – $80,202 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location.
