Safety Coordinator

If you have 1–2 years of safety-related or adjacent experience in construction, healthcare, manufacturing, or a similar field — and are eager to grow in a long-term role — we want to meet you!

What You'll Do:- Support day-to-day safety operations at active data center construction sites.
- Maintain accurate safety documentation, inspection logs, and compliance records.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires regarding site-specific safety protocols.
- Monitor site conditions, identify low-level risks, and proactively address safety concerns.
- Work closely with technicians, contractors, and site leadership to promote safety awareness.
- Report incidents promptly and assist with investigations as needed.
- Ensure compliance with PPE requirements and overall site safety standards.
Experience:
- 1–2 years in a safety-related or adjacent role within the past five years.
- Backgrounds in construction, manufacturing, healthcare, EMT services, or facility safety are highly encouraged.
- Previous exposure to data center environments (with light safety protocols) is a plus.
Certifications:
- OSHA 10 certification required
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
Skills:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with diverse teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with administrative tasks.
