We're looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Associate Graphic Designer to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Lancaster, Ohio.

• Design and develop artwork for flare cards, promotional items, catalogs, web store content, print materials, and digital marketing assets.
• Create visually compelling materials that support merchandising initiatives, product launches, and sales efforts.
• Collaborate with merchandising and cross‑functional teams to develop creative concepts and marketing campaigns.
• Prepare production‑ready artwork and files while ensuring quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
• Assist with product naming, promotional messaging, and other creative content as needed.
• Organize and maintain digital design assets while supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to bring new products, promotions, and marketing initiatives to life.
• Play a key role in helping communicate our products and mission to customers across the country.

• Associate's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of graphic design, marketing, advertising, or related creative experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design fundamentals, typography, and color theory.
• Experience creating both print and digital marketing materials.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to proofread and produce accurate, high‑quality work.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to take projects from concept through final execution.
• Experience with copywriting, promotional messaging, web design, print production, or e‑commerce platforms is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a criminal background check.
