Candidates MUST have relevant manufacturing or automotive manufacturing experience.

Required Knowledge,

Skills and Abilities

University degree or College Diploma in specialized occupational field (i.e. Business, Accounting).Professional accounting designation (CMA, CGA or CA).A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in industrial accounting in the manufacturing sector. Experience in auto parts manufacturing is an asset.

Practical experience with computers and Microsoft Office.

Good math skills and the ability to analyze data.

Strong listening and communication (verbal and written) skills.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and with a variable workload (flexible hours).Ability to understand, anticipate and follow direction while exercising maturity of judgement.

Must be able to interact effectively with other team members.

Ability to maintain confidentiality, and use discretion and tact.

Physically capable of performing essential duties of the job.

Strong, cooperative relationship with Magna Seating Systems/Intier and Magna Finance functions.
