Adjunct Instructor of Engineering Technology, Beginning Fall Semester 2026 (POOL POSTING)
Ohio University Regional Campuses are seeking part-time adjunct faculty to teach undergraduate courses in Engineering Technology at the Chillicothe campus. The position is open for the Fall 2026 semester and will be filled on a rolling basis from the pool of qualified applicants.

The instructor will teach in‑person sections of ENGT 1200 (Industrial Electronics), ENGT 1500 (Mechatronics Systems and Components Repair), ENGT 2210 (Programmable Logic Controllers
1), and/or ENGT 2230 (Automation and Robotics
1) at the Chillicothe campus. Teaching loads will range from 3 to 11 credit hours per term. This is a part‑time position and not remote. Eligible benefits include sick leave and retirement.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering technology, advanced manufacturing, robotics and automation, or a related field.
- Proficiency with teaching technology.
- Completed criminal background check.
- Experience working in advanced manufacturing.
- Industry‑recognized certification in robotics or PLCs.
- Teaching experience in an advanced manufacturing program.
- Familiarity with the listed courses.
Eligible for sick leave and retirement benefits. Compensation is calculated per credit hour according to the Regional Higher Education pay schedule.
