Project Manager, Operations Manager

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. Project Manager will lead the successful execution of manufacturing and integration projects within the operations. Responsible for managing end‑to‑end project life cycles related to production systems, equipment integration, process improvements, and smart manufacturing initiatives aligned with Industry 4.0 principles.

• Lead the planning and execution of manufacturing, integration, and Industry 4.0-related projects from concept through implementation
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including engineering, production, maintenance, quality, IT support, and external suppliers
• Support equipment installation, production line launches, and process integration activities
• Drive implementation of Industry 4.0 initiatives such as connected equipment, data collection systems, and process automation

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in project management within manufacturing, automotive, or industrial environments
• Proven experience managing equipment integration, production launches, or plant-level projects
