Psychologist - School Based Health Center – Columbia – Days - Onsite

Join a dynamic, interdisciplinary primary care team working with adolescents in a school-based health center. Provide individual and group psychotherapy, crisis intervention, short-term intervention, and mental health outreach and education universal interventions.

This position will be at one of NYP s School Based Health Clinics, which are located in the Marble Hill section of the Bronx, Harlem, Washington Heights and Inwood.

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy, crisis intervention, short-term intervention, and mental health outreach and education universal interventions as part of an interdisciplinary primary care team in a school-based health center.

• New York State Department of Education Psychologist License
• Previous experience working with adolescents
• Competence working with multi-cultural communities
• Bilingual in Spanish
• School-based mental health experience
• Experience delivering care via telehealth platforms
• Training in trauma-informed treatment modalities

• Doctorate degree in Psychology
• New York State Limited Permit in Psychology
• Ability to obtain New York State License in Psychology within 18 months of hire
