• Willingness to travel to clients up to a 30-minute radius (from your home) is required.

Home Care Network, Inc. is seeking experienced, passionate, and professional Home Health Aides for STNA & CNA roles (CHHA, PCA & DSP/DODD also desired) to support clients in Lancaster, OH and throughout/adjacent to Fairfield County.

• Personal care, hygiene, and ADL assistance
• Light housekeeping and meal prep
• Pro-active observation and thorough electronic documentation
• Follow a written Plan of Care
• Support client independence and safety
• Professional, caring, and compassionate behavior toward clients, families, and peers

• Weekdays - during the day
• Full-Time preferred; will consider part-time based on availability
• Local travel within Scioto County

• Minimum of 1 year paid in-home care or caregiving experience
• STNA and CNA highly desired (or HHA/PCA with 3+ years consistent experience)
• Active CPR and First Aid certification and documentation
• 18 years or older with a valid Driver's License / State
• Reliable transportation to all scheduled visits within the stated travel radius
• Excellent on-time and attendance record with consistent availability for chosen schedule type (PT/FT/Hybrid)
• Willingness and ability to perform required physical tasks
• Consent and ability to pass State & Federal background checks (including fingerprints)

Pay rate based on certifications, experience, schedule and travel availability, work history, references, and overall fit.

• Performs simple procedures as an extension of therapy services under supervision of the therapist
• Range of motion exercises; assistance in ambulation or exercises

• Bathing, shampooing, skin care, nail care, oral hygiene, shaving, dressing
• Meal preparation/feeding, laundry, light housekeeping
• Assists patient with medications under RN direction (opening containers or pill caddies, not administering)
• Infection control practices and patient safety
• Document care provided and complete required records
• Communicate with the interdisciplinary team and maintain confidentiality
• Accept and fulfill assignments with good judgment; participate in required trainings

• Frequent standing, walking, bending; occasional squatting/kneeling and balancing
• Weight handling and lifting as described (1–50 lbs intermittently depending on task)
