Phlebotomist

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to work in Lancaster, Ohio.

Work Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Enter patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Perform administrative and clerical duties as required.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program; or at least 3 months of phlebotomy experience.

• At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience.

• Phlebotomy certification or training program must be from an accredited agency.
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to pass a standardized color‑blindness test.

Pay Range: $17.75 – $25.00 per hour
. All offers are based on skills, experience, relevant degrees/certifications, and market data. Phlebotomists may be eligible to participate in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.

Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are eligible to participate only in the 401(k) Plan.

Employees on a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
