Medical Assistant

About the Role

Complete Healthcare is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to support both the clinical and administrative needs of our medical office. You'll work closely with physicians, staff, and patients to provide high-quality, compassionate care while helping keep the office running smoothly.

• Greet and assist patients in a friendly, professional manner.
• Record patient medical histories and vital signs.
• Prepare exam rooms by stocking supplies and organizing equipment.
• Help maintain clean, safe waiting and examination areas.
• Answer phones and assist with patient communication.
• File, scan, and organize medical records and other documents.
• Schedule appointments and verify insurance information.
• Accurately update electronic health records (EHR).
• Follow HIPAA, OSHA, and other healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with providers and coworkers to deliver excellent patient care.

• Experience as a Medical Assistant or similar healthcare role preferred.
• Ability to take and document vital signs and patient histories.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR), Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
• Ability to work effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Professional, dependable, and committed to maintaining patient confidentiality.
