Pay Rate: $25.07-$40.11 hourly
Job Description:
The Supervisor overlooks the day-to-day activities of a functional area of a department/unit. Supervises the work of employees.
- Supervises the day-to-day activities of the department/area.
- Participates in the interviewing and selecting process.
- Assigns work and follows up on work on of the employees.
- Provides input and assists with the performance appraisal process.
- Monitors educations requirements of staff.
- Oversees orientation of new employees.
- Assists with the facilitation of disciplinary actions.
- Maintains schedule and assures staffing levels are appropriate.
- Assists with development, facilitation and implementation of departmental projects.
Job Qualifications:
- Education:
Associates degree or higher in the applicable field of study preferred - Experience:
Experience working in Health Care Facilities setting is preferred.
Medium Work :
Exerting up to 20-50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10-25 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible up to 10 pounds amount of force often.
