Under general supervision, the Radiation Therapist performs radiotherapy procedures as prescribed by a physician according to established standards and practices. Provides patient care, treatment, and services within the scope of their license, certification, registration, and/or assessed competencies. Practice will be in accordance with laws and regulations and will adhere to established policies, procedures, and practice guidelines.

Job Qualifications:
Education:
A minimum of associate's degree in radiography with a certification in radiation therapy is required. Bachelor's degree in radiation therapy is preferred. Graduate of a JRCERT approved school registered through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiation Therapy.
Licensures/
Certifications:
State of Ohio licensed radiation therapist; ARRT license; CPR certified.
Experience:
A minimum of 1-2 years of radiation therapy experience is preferred.
