• Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients using evidence‑based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Implement skill‑building and care plans as part of the clinical team.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before employment.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

• Education or early childhood development experience.
• Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles.
• After‑school program or camp counseling experience.
• Behavioral health, mental health, or social services background.
• ABA therapy or experience working with individuals with autism.
• Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one.

Services will be provided in clients' homes or in community‑based locations. All positions start off part‑time, and we seek candidates willing to commit to a 6‑month period.
