Physical Therapist – PT

Role Overview:

The Physical Therapist (PT) provides comprehensive physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within an interdisciplinary team, adhering to professional and ethical standards.

Must hold a current, valid state PT license or certification; CPR certification preferred. Educational requirement includes a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, with 0-1 years of experience.

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, body mechanics, and condition management strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
