The role centers on non-invasive ventilation (BiPAP/CPAP) and collaborative care with nursing leadership to support admissions and deliver high-quality respiratory therapy to residents.
You will assess, initiate, monitor NIV, perform respiratory treatments, educate residents and families, and document care in the electronic medical record.
