Annashae Healthcare Staffing is currently filling a 1099 Contract position available with our client in Lancaster, OH for an opportunity as a Pharmacist.

Minimum Requirements:
- Pharmacy License for OH or Compact as applicable
- Applicable recent experience in this work setting
- Minimum Experience varies by Profession and setting.
- Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
- Certifications:
Must have a valid Ohio Pharmacy License in good standing with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy - Equipment/Procedures: hospital experience; operates as the sole Pharmacist in the hospital from 1130 - 0600, with CPhT support
- Weekend/Call:
Weekend = Required;
