Job Description We’re looking for a dependable
** Lot Attendant
** to support daily yard operations by ensuring sanitation equipment is clean, stocked, and ready for service. This hands-on role plays a key part in maintaining equipment quality, operational efficiency, and reliable service delivery.
** What You’ll Bring

** What You’ll Do
*** Clean, sanitize, and deodorize portable toilets, handwashing stations, holding tanks, and related equipment
* Inspect units and service vehicles daily to identify damage, cleanliness issues, or mechanical concerns
* Report maintenance needs promptly to support fleet reliability and minimize downtime
* Restock units with paper products, soap, sanitizer, and required service supplies
* Move, stage, and organize equipment and vehicles to support efficient yard operations and dispatch flow
* Prepare and secure equipment for scheduled deliveries and pickups following company standards
* Maintain a clean, organized yard while adhering to all safety procedures and PPE requirements
** What You’ll Need
*** Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds frequently throughout 8–12 hour shifts
* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods with frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, twisting, and climbing
* Comfort working in outdoor environments with exposure to heat, cold, rain, sanitation conditions, industrial noise, and required PPE
* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
* Flexibility to work overtime, extended shifts, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
