POSITION TITLE:
Maintenance

Shift: 3 :00 PM – 1:00 AM (Monday-Thursday)

Salary: $33.00-$37.00 plus $1.75 shift differential

We’re looking for a hands‑on, dependable Maintenance professional who takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. In this role, you’ll play a key part in installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery, equipment, and facility systems within our manufacturing environment. Your work will directly support safety, efficiency, and overall production success.

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Identify and resolve mechanical issues by observing equipment operation and collaborating with team members
• Disassemble and rebuild equipment, replacing or repairing components as needed
• Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting machinery parts
• Support upkeep of the facility, including building structures and systems
• Operate tools such as cutting torches or welding equipment when needed
• Partner with production teams to reduce downtime and improve processes
• Follow and support all plant safety procedures and emergency protocols
