Pay Rate: $25.07-$40.11 hourly

Job Description:

The Supervisor overlooks the day-to-day activities of a functional area of a department/unit. Supervises the work of employees.

* Supervises the day-to-day activities of the department/area.

* Participates in the interviewing and selecting process.

* Assigns work and follows up on work on of the employees.

* Provides input and assists with the performance appraisal process.

* Monitors educations requirements of staff.

* Oversees orientation of new employees.

* Assists with the facilitation of disciplinary actions.

* Maintains schedule and assures staffing levels are appropriate.

* Assists with development, facilitation and implementation of departmental projects.
