The successful candidate must possess the ability to make a positive impact in the Fairfield County market. In addition to being responsible for the operations of the branch and developing a well performing team, the Branch Manager will be responsible for business and community development, attaining market goals, and for providing the best member service in the industry.

Responsible for the direction and administration of Branch operations.

Oversees the provision of a full range of services to members and prospective members.

Ensures established policies and procedures are followed.

Ensures members are promptly and professionally served.

Trains, directs, and supervises Branch staff.

Performs various Branch functions as required.

Managerial experience.

Strong sales culture outlook.

Communication and Leadership skills.

Lending and Financial experience.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
