Responsibilities
learn, operate, maintain printing machine, troubleshoot conveyor system and printing machine, watch quality assurance. As a machine operator, you are a team leader required to keep all the other team members safe while printing a quality bottle. You will be adding ink, changing squeegees and screens, using gauges to measure, follow a dossier, and assuring that the customer requirements are being met.
Machine operators are also required to maintain the conveyor system leading to and from the printing machines, by adjusting speeds, rails etc. Change overs from one product to another are the responsibility of the machine operator as well.
