CNC Mill Programmer​/Supervisor

Develop and modify CNC mill programs using Gibbs CAM to specific drawings while supervising hourly operators in a union workforce. Responsible for manufacturing quality products to meet established schedules while maintaining a safe working environment.

* Responsible for safety and environmental compliance of department

* Program all CNC Mills

* Plans and assigns work according to employees' ability and urgency of production

* Requests manufacturing process changes to improve quality and costs of products

* Supervise and schedule all daily activities within department of responsibility

* Maintain department production and project schedules

* Responsible for employee utilization and efficiency

* Responsible for product quality

* Schedule and approve all hourly employee labor hours

* Work overtime as needed
