** Required Knowledge,

Skills and Abilities

*** ## Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)* ## 5+ years of experience in project management within manufacturing, automotive, or industrial environments* ## Proven experience managing equipment integration, production launches, or plant-level projects* ## Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production systems, and plant operations* ## Exposure to Industry 4.0 concepts such as automation, data integration, digital manufacturing, or smart factory systems* ## Strong experience in automotive or manufacturing environments, combined with project management expertise and an understanding of modern, connected production systems.
* ## Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in a production environment* ## Solid knowledge of project management principles (timeline, cost, risk, scope management)* ## Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills* ## Excellent communication and leadership abilities* ## Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment##
* Preferred Qualifications** ## Experience in automotive manufacturing, Tier 1 supplier environment or equipment integration* ## Familiarity with production line automation, robotics, PLCs, or assembly systems* ##
