Production Associate – Garment Hanger/Inspector

A Production Associate – Garment Hanger/Inspector supports the Rental Division by safely and accurately placing customer garments on hangers, visually inspecting each garment for defects, and performing proactive repairs such as patching holes or tears. The role requires the maintenance of a clean work area and adherence to a performance–based incentive pay structure, where additional compensation is tied to exceeding production standards.

• Safely and accurately place customer garments on hangers.
• Visually inspect all garments to identify the need for proactive repairing.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Meet or exceed the production standard for hanging garments to qualify for incentive pay.

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Adhere to the attendance policy.
• Willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
• Willing to work in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment with time pressures.

• Standing for most of the shift.
• Repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, and reaching required.
• May need to push carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to a station for folding.
