REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Degree in Computer Science, or related discipline with 3 years work-related experience in a similar position.

Minimum 3 - 5 years experience. Manufacturing or automotive manufacturing experience needed.

MES experience is an asset.

Experience working in both an office and automotive manufacturing environment is desired.

Extensive hands on experience with the analysis, evaluation, implementation, and support of application hardware, software and security systems.

Strong technical background with an emphasis on the administration of operating systems, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SQL Server and complex TCP/IP networks

Experience implementing and supporting third-party applications including server, client and upgrades.

Experienced with the following: RDBMS – MS SQLServer, C#, , ASP.Net, ERP, routers, switches, VLAN management , WiFi, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, HTTP, WEP/WPAThe following are considered assets:
Reporting Tools – SQL Server Reporting Services, Win Forms, ASP.Net MVC, Razor, SSIS, LINQ, MRP/ERP systems, EDI, PLC network integration

Ability to work well in a fast paced environment and with a variable workload.

Strong organizational, planning, written, and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrate a maturity of judgement, leadership skills, attention to detail and exceptional organizational, listening, communication and presentation skills in all aspects of the job function.

Excellent math skills with the ability to apply to cost and analyze data.

Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment in order to meet customer requirements.
