• Full-time employees are eligible for all benefits (medical, dental, vision, and voluntary products)

• Accurately follow the resident MAR to ensure medications are given according to the Physician’s orders
• Understand and follow the six rights of medication administration and all Bickford policies and procedures regarding medication management
• Understand and appropriately utilize the eMAR system for medication administration
• Communicate appropriately with clinical leadership for clarification and direction regarding resident medication administration and care
• Provide direct resident care
• Supervise resident care work of non‑licensed team members and other areas of the branch as appropriate
• Lead by demonstrating Bickford’s Mission "Whatever it Takes" to all other team members on shift

• Active license as an LPN or Registered Nurse in good standing
• Willingness to take additional training or education as required by specific states
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills
• Competent organizational and time‑management skills
• Good judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
• Ability to utilize or learn Bickford’s eMAR system to administer medications
