Job Summary
Clear Sky Lancaster is looking for nurses to provide high‑quality clinical care for patients with disabling injuries and illnesses. The RN will work in a hospital‑level rehabilitation setting and support a multidisciplinary team.
Shift Schedule- Block scheduling, 12‑hour shifts.
- 36 hours per week for full‑time nurses.
- Day shift: 7am‑7:30pm;
Night shift: 7pm‑7:30am. - PRN schedule: 3 shifts per 6‑week period, at least one over the weekend, plus one summer and one winter holiday shift.
- Average patient length of stay: 10–14 days.
- Conditions:
stroke, brain & spinal cord injuries, cardiac, orthopedic, complex medical, and more. - Advanced care: IVs, tracheostomy management, wound care, mobility support, lines, tubes, drains.
- Collaborate with PT/OT/ST, physicians, case managers, respiratory therapy, and other team members.
- Provide hospital‑level, patient‑centered nursing care.
- Administer intravenous therapy, manage postoperative care, and monitor complex medical needs.
- Perform wound care, tracheostomy management, and line/tube maintenance.
- Assist with patient mobility and activity of daily living within a healing environment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support optimal recovery.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license, State of Ohio.
- BLS certification required.
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience (acute care preferred).
- CRRN credentials preferred.
- Ability to work 12‑hour shifts and rotating weekends/holidays.
- Competitive pay range $36.80–$44.14 per hour, dependent on experience.
- Shift differentials with bonus potential including $10,000 sign‑on bonus for eligible full‑time positions.
