Pay Rate: $33.50-$49.60 hourly

Job Description:

The registered nurse assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and supervises individual patient care using the nursing process. Accepts responsibility for direction of co-workers and delegation of role appropriate tasks in the implementation of care.

* Provides quality nursing care based on a family centered approach.

* Provides education for the patient and family/significant other from admission through discharge process.

* Provides thorough, concise, accurate and legible documentation of the nursing process.

* Works closely with physicians and other team members addressing patient/family concerns to ensure a smooth transition of care.

* Administers medications and performs treatments in an accurate safe manner.

* Ensures clinic processes and workflows comply with FMC policies and procedures.

* Ensures equipment and supplies are readily available for patient care, reporting malfunctions to proper department.
