Pay Rate: $33.50–$49.60 hourly

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and supervise individual patient care using the nursing process.
• Accept responsibility for direction of co‑workers and delegate role‑appropriate tasks in the implementation of care.
• Provide quality nursing care based on a family‑centered approach.
• Provide education for the patient and family/significant other from admission through discharge.
• Document the nursing process thoroughly, concisely, accurately and legibly.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and other team members to address patient/family concerns and ensure a smooth transition of care.
• Administer medications and perform treatments accurately and safely.
• Ensure clinic processes and workflows comply with FMC policies and procedures.
• Ensure equipment and supplies are readily available for patient care, reporting malfunctions to the proper department.

• Associate Degree in Nursing;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid Ohio nursing license.
• CPR certification required.
• Previous nursing experience preferred.
• Must be able to exert 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or 25 to 50 pounds frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds constantly to move objects.
• Physical demands exceed those for Medium Work; position may require frequent patient handling.
