• Completion of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, Associate degree in Nursing, or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing).
• Valid license to practice in the State of Ohio.
• CPR required.

• Preferred:
  Previous Registered Nursing experience.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and facilitate resolution to issues.
• Demonstrates ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Make independent decisions.
• Critical thinking skills.

• Heavy Work:
  Exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

• Ability to regulate emotions, exercise self-control, manage urgent situations calmly, communicate empathically, and demonstrate genuine care for patients.
• Display confidence, assertiveness in interpersonal situations.
• Supervise and direct the work of NAs professionally.
• Manage stress related to time management and patients in pain, confused, and/or agitated.
• Intact cognitive function in attention, memory, perception, and thought; prioritize tasks, keen observation, accurate reporting, strong organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
