• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for each patient using the nursing process.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; document accurately and legibly.
• Provide patient and family education from admission through discharge; participate in discharge planning.
• Monitor patient status, communicate pertinent changes to the physician, and respond to urgent situations calmly.
• Supervise and direct the work of nursing assistants as appropriate; ensure supplies and equipment are available and functioning.

• Ohio RN license (active)
• CPR certification required
• Completion of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN)
• Previous RN Med Surg experience preferred
• Ability to work nights in a hospital Med Surg setting; ability to handle multiple priorities and complex patient needs
